Would I Lie To You? starts February 12th

New local comedy series Would I Lie To You?, featuring Paul Henry, Jessie Mulligan and Jon Bridges, is set to premiere Sunday February 12th at 7:00pm on TV3.

The series features Henry as host, and Mulligan and Bridges as team leaders – the latter of which must separate the truth from the lies in what they are being told. Looks like it’ll follow a 7 Days style format, just without the current affairs and (I’m guessing) various different segments. Very keen to see it!

   Have been seing the promos, looks like all laughter, hope it is as good! Looking forward to it.

   So one of the team leaders (forget his name) was dropped to make way for Paul Henry as host. I remember seeing promos before this was announced, so perhaps they had to reshoot it?

   I also remember that their initial plan was to give Paul Henry his own show in the same timeslot of Would I Lie To You. So I wondered what its original timeslot was going to be?
